Glenn Tatham
Managing Director – Originations
Glenn Tatham joined Churchill in 2023 and is currently a Managing Director and Head of Residential Transition Lending (RTL) Whole Loan Originations, responsible for expanding Churchill’s whole loan originations and aggregation efforts by developing a competitive and efficient trading platform for Business Purpose Loan (BPL) Originators. Since joining Churchill, Glenn has led the execution of over $1 billion in RTL acquisitions. Prior to joining Churchill, Glenn worked in the residential private lending sector as the CEO of Patch Lending and the CFO & Co-Founder of Conventus Holdings Corp. Earlier in his career, Glenn worked in the corporate finance sector as a vice president at JPMorgan within the financial sponsor coverage group and worked in the energy sector as a director of finance & business development for LNG Partners. Glenn received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Stacy Doherty
Director – Operations
Stacy Doherty joined Churchill in 2023 and is currently a Director of Whole Loan Originations responsible for growing and streamlining Churchill’s whole loan acquisition operations efforts through process efficiencies and building third-party relationships. Since joining Churchill, Stacy has led the production of over $1 billion in RTL acquisitions. Prior to joining Churchill, Stacy worked for Level Capital, a private lender, as a Senior Vice President. Earlier in her career, Stacy spent twenty years in the consumer lending space, including ten years as a Divisional Vice President for Rocket Mortgage. Stacy is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and was elected to serve as a Director of the Board for the 2023-2024 year for the Charlotte chapter. Stacy received an A.B.A. from American Intercontinental University.
Hunter Oxford
Vice President – Originations
Hunter Oxford joined Churchill in 2019 and is currently a Vice President of Originations responsible for business development, capital markets, sourcing originations and new business, managing Investor and TPO relationships, and structuring whole loan trades. Since joining Churchill, Hunter has led the aggregation of over $5 billion in Whole Loans. Prior to joining Churchill, Hunter worked at Wells Fargo, where he was involved in capital markets within the derivative management group. Hunter received a B.S. in Finance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina.
